I know mine was, so I designed our planning process to give the same experience to our couples.
We have one main mission and that is to do everything in our power to make sure you have the best day ever. Now this doesn't mean its not going to rain on your wedding day, that your invites won't get lost in the mail, or that your uncle won't get too drunk.
But our definition of the best day ever is having all of your favorite people in the same room, a packed dance floor, and marrying the absolute love of your life. We want you to be fully present in your day and not worried about a single detail. We want you to have the peace of mind that we've got your back and everything under control.

I’m Bianca but my friends call me “B.” I have worked in weddings since 2017 but have always LOVED weddings. Even when I was a child, my heart felt “warm and fuzzy,” when I saw the bride walk down the aisle. While other children my age probably said “yuck!” at the first kiss, I was gleaming with awe.
In October 2019, my husband and I moved to Austin, TX where I launched Bianca Nichole and Co full time. I am a bit of a workaholic because I love what I do so much! When I'm not working you can find me with my husband, chasing around our two year old and fur baby, Lola. I am typically reading a thriller book on my kindle with a glass of wine close by.

With a Bachelors degree in Event Management, Kelly came to us in 2020 as a Certified Wedding Planner. She is a newlywed herself - so she knows everything you're going through planning your wedding! And fun fact, Kelly got married at The Arlo!
Recently, she moved to Michigan for her husband's job (he is serving in the Army) But our team and vendor community love Kelly way too much to let her go so she now works for our team remotely! You’ll likely see her face on your initial consult call, check in meetings, or if you hire us for wedding design! A fun fact about Kelly is that she has been vegetarian for 15 years!

Maci is a proud graduate from West Texas A&M University, with a master’s degree in Business Administration. She fell in love with the wedding industry while she was Maid of Honor and helped planned her best friends' wedding. She joined us in 2022 and quickly impressed us with how fast she picked up the skills of a wedding coordinator. She says her favorite part of the wedding day is seeing all the little details come together to execute our client’s vision on their big day!
She is a Texas Native, originally from Amarillo area but moved down to Austin 2 years ago. When she's not working you can find her at the gym, relaxing at home watching a movie, or at a country concert with friends and family. A fun fact about Maci is that she has a twin brother!

Allison is a proud Texas State Alumni, with a master's degree in Mass Communication. She has been involved with Event Management since 2017 and joined our team in 2021. She just celebrated her 1 year wedding anniversary and we are honored to have had her as a BNCo bride!
She grew up in California but has called Texas home for the last five years. When she is not working, she is enjoying a cup of coffee or playing fetch with her puppy, River. A fun fact about Allison is that she got married at The Arlo!

Jessica osorio
Jessica grew up wanting to be a wedding planner. After she graduated from Texas State, she joined the wedding industry in 2021. She is a a hopeless romantic, in fact her favorite wedding day moment is seeing everyone’s reaction to the bride walking down the aisle and hearing sweet toasts.
Jessica is what people call a unicorn, she was born and raised in Austin, TX! When she's not working, you can find her at a concert (most likely Luke Combs or Justin Bieber!) She's also a queso connoisseur, so be sure to hit her up for a list of the best queso spots in Austin!
